Rush is a band that has been around for over 35 years. They have rocked through many different decades, but one extremly important one is the 1980's. This is when the band made many changes and they put out some great albums. The three members are Geddy Lee(Left), Alex Lifeson(Middle), and Neil Peart(Right). In the 80's Geddy began to use synthesizers and Neil also began to experiment with some electronic drums. Among all the albums that the band put out in the 80's, some sold more than one million copies. Also in these albums, the band made some of its very well know songs, such as "Tom Sawyer" and "Limelight". The 1980's were probably Rush's most important decade, and because of that Rush still makes great music today.
